Job Description
Position requires a High School Diploma and Insurance billing experience preferred.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Strong mathematical aptitude

* Strong PC/typing skills

* Critical thinking and multi-tasking ability

* Organization skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks

* Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred/not required

* Medical terminology preferred/not required

* Knowledge of basic claims filing

* Ability to utilize internet for claim status

Must be self-motivated, responsible and reliable team player who enjoys working in a diverse ever-changing environment.

Standard business hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but, if desired, an employee could begin as early at 7:30 and/or work as late as 6:00)

We are seeking part-time (16-20 hours per week) with the potential to become full time.
