Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Senior Director of Finance

POSITION LOCATION: Winston-Salem, NC

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing efficient and effective operational policies, processes and best practices for the leadership team overseeing key operational and financial decisions pertaining to the patient revenue cycle. Assist in evaluating purchases, contracts and services provided by external vendors to ensure best pricing and effective results (collection agencies, claims/statement vendors, reference tools, software tools, etc)

Direct reports include the regional assistant directors of hospital accounting functions for billing, follow up, denials, support services, and cash applications..

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Required. Masters Degree Preferred.

Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in an operational finance, customer services or healthcare business office environment required.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment with a proven track record of successfully managing a large team in an organization that embraces change and innovation.
